Mariah Carey - seems to have had two recent additions to her look. It's not like she was tiny before but, with her new boob job, she's freakin' huge. They look a little high up on her chest and kind of far apart, to me. Also, here's a before and after of her face. Her nose looks a bit different (the space between her top lip and nose looks much smaller, now) and her cheeks and eyes look 'done', as well.

Seems like the space between her nose and top lip may have narrowed due to fattening her top lip.
She gained a lot of weight too. I don't think she got a boob job but that she gained a bunch of weight. My boobs get bigger when I gain.
I agree with the two people above. I keep staring at the two pictures at her NOSE looks exactly the same!
I think that we cannot make comparisons on which photos were retouched with Photoshop, Mariah has certainly done anything to improve themselves, but not so many

there's alot of difference between 18 years old and 38 years old. a woman's body goes through many changes. weight gain WILL increase your breast size as well as the fat in your back, sides, arms, face, and everywhere else. let's not forget about the power of "lift and separate" bras--

She's still hot, always has been. A bit of weight gain plus a boob job turned her out to have huge breasts. Did you see Kelly Brook went from a32E to a 30FF...She is like 27, is that even possible?

wow...the thing about her boobs is absolutely true but the stuff about her face makes no sense. in the before pic she's not smiling...so in the after pic where she's smiling her upper lip is going to look closer to her nose and her cheeks are going to look a bit rounder. her ees look the same too. but her make-up makes them look slightly differnt. and yea she agained and that probably made the boob job look more natural...but mariah is absolutely GORGEOS! does it matter?
Mariah gained some weight, No I don't think she's overweight at all; but the weight gained has given her a larger chest.
In reference to her face, not boobs..Notice in the left picture, her face is just normal, but in the right picture she's smiling. When everyone smiles their cheeks get that little bulge, and place your finger across that area between your nose and lip.. don't smile, then do a half smile like her and you'll feel it get smaller. You actually used 2 pictures that someone would use to prove that she hasn't gotten plastic surgery. Nobody can deny the boobs though.
Mariah has big teeth that protrude out, kind of like a monkey. So it does look like she had something done to her nose as to not accentuate on her big teeth
U can definitely tell her boobs are bigger in the video ill be loving u long time versus honey and i think her breakdown was a coverup for this cause thats when they seem to have "grown"

She definitely had a boob job. I don't know about everything else but if you look at her vision of love video you can see a hug difference. A difference that does not happen unless kids combined with major weight gain has taken place and she had neither. She's still gorgeous tho!

She did get a Boob job and I know this because usually gaining weight boobs tend to drop because of the weight moving downwards... Boobs don't just firm itself you know.. They are SUPER firm and high fake but natural.

Sorry, I think you are looking at the shadow in the second picture, which is not in the first, and makes it look a little different. As for the boobs, Mariah gained more than a few pounds. As someone who gained 30 pounds over the last two years and went from a 32A to a 34C myself, I can attest that when you gain weight, the boobs get bigger!

well no Mariah has ALWAYS had very strong cheek bones. the first pic is a blurry old undefined pic from the early 90's when she was 20 and in it she was pouting. In the 'after' she's smiling. When people smile they're faces usually look different from when they pout...just saying!!!!
obviously her face looks different because she's smiling in one of them but not the other!!!
i think she worries too much about what she looks like more so then the average celebrity hence her breakdown. she is pretty the way she is.
oh, forgot to mention, don't forget lighting, make up, aging, camera angles, and finally face looking (smiling/laughing/singing/serious/not smiling/sad/ect)
