Nicole Kidman - She's had her fair share of plastic surgery and anti-aging procedures. Her nose job looks a little pinched but, her cheek implants are better than some. Her addiction seems to be to the botox, made evident by her shiny five-head. She's been working part-time for SETI, beaming messages into outerspace. JK, of course, I love the movie, The Others.

At last, real plastic surgery! I feel so sad for her- she used to be very beautiful and she has destroyed her face.
Her forehead is huge i wish she didnt style it to show that off the botox actually makes it wors a few wrinkls in that area are youth full.
It's possible she's had a chin implant as well.
OMG!! My hubby LOVES her but we saw her on an interview the other night and she looked really puffy. She didn't look like herself at all so it looks as tho Nic has had a little more done in recent months. It's such a shame because a couple of years ago she really was the best she could be and now she looks totally different.

I love nicole kidman... she might of had surgery... but you'd be surpised at what good make-up, good lighting and a good photographer can do! and she could have been sweating!... i adore her. I will be as successful as she is one day.

She has fair skin and anyone who has it and tell you about how easy it is tho have that shiny glowing forehead thing. Plus again its age that can make the face thinner.
I think she was absolutely delectable before any of the surgery. She looked exactly like the first girl I had a crush on.

I am a medical student with an interst in cranio maxillo facial surgery.From these pictures I suggest she has had the following procedures.
(1)Rhinoplasty lateral and bridge bone reduction and cartilage reductions.
(2)Cheekbone implant covering the malar and sub-malar region.
(3)Chin implant.
(4)Posterior jaw implant, to define the jawline.
(5)Browlift,to arch the eyebrows.This may have contributed to her high forehead.
(6)Cantoplasty to alter the apperance of her eyelids, althoughthe cheek implants may have redefined her lower eyelids.
(7)Possible forehead implant or bone cement to create a convex forehead.
(8)Octoplasty (ear reduction) is also possible.
The rhinoplasty is not to my liking and the chin implant seems too strong.
personally, i think she looks betrer after, before she looked like one of the stautues my nan has in her garden.
